Workers placed through Ruby Dawei come from regions and states across Myanmar. Every case moves forward only with the Ministry of Labour's approval, and the agency stays involved from the paperwork stage through arrival at the workplace overseas.
Most placements go to Thailand under the MoU system, alongside ongoing work with Malaysia, Japan, and Singapore. A route to the People's Republic of China is currently in development.

This is our overseas employment licence issued by the Ministry of Labour. It has since been updated to licence No. 133/2026, and we keep it renewed as required.
This licence covers our placements to Thailand specifically, and every MoU-system placement we handle runs under it.
